What is better in the summer than a strawberry shortcake? I mean the delicious sweetness and juiciness from the strawberries combines with the oven baked goodness of a lemon shortbread!
Who would have thought that three ingredients that you may use in your strawberry shortcake recipe when mixed together can naturally whiten teeth?
If you are looking to whiten your teeth naturally, then here is a awesome recipe to try!
This recipe will work for 1-2 applications. I recommend making one application at a time.
Use am and pm for about 7 days and you should see the difference!
1 tsp baking soda
1 mashed strawberry
2-3 drops lemon essential oil
Mix baking soda and strawberry together to form a paste in a little dish (if using in pm one also with a lid).
Add 2-3 drops lemon oil
Put half of paste on toothbrush and brush teeth for about 2 min.
Put remaining paste in fridge (good for approximately 1-2 days)
Rinse and then brush teeth with your regular toothpaste
Save other half for your evening ritual.
Repeat and enjoy whiter teeth naturally!
